DAYTON, OH –  The Alzheimer’s Association Miami Valley Chapter has tapped a local banker to lead its upcoming Reason to Hope event.

Jennifer Loveless, a private banker with Civista Bank, has been named chair of Reason to Hope, a community breakfast designed to educate the community about the Alzheimer’s Association while raising funds to support dementia research, programs and services.

Loveless is a member of the board of directors for the Miami Valley Alzheimer’s Association. A banker for 18 years, Loveless also volunteers by providing in-classroom economics education to third grade students in the Dayton community.

Loveless said, “I consider it an honor to Chair the 2020 Reason to Hope breakfast.  Those affected by Alzheimer’s disease deserve a voice. Reason to Hope resonates that voice by delivering a powerful message that educates, inspires and motivates a community to take action.  As a caregiver, I know firsthand how valuable the Alzheimer’s Association has been for me and my husband, John.”

Reason to Hope is at 8 a.m. on Friday, March 6. For more information about the event,  email msrose@alz.org.
