July is the time to blast into the Champions Club

NWOhio_Champions
The Walk to End Alzheimer’s Champions Club recognizes and rewards participants who reach special fundraising milestones. These individuals are leading the way in the fight against Alzheimer’s – and you can too!  “Walk Champion Club members are leaders in the movement to end Alzheimer’s and related dementias. Their commitment to the cause inspires everyone.” states Julia Pechlivanos, Executive Director of the Northwest Ohio Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.

Champion Club members raise at least $500 and receive an official event t-shirt, fundraising badge on your personal fundraising web page, personalized thank you certificate, recognition on your local Walk website and a commemorative medal for your accomplishment. Additional incentives are awarded at the $1,000 and $2,500 levels.

During our “Blast into Champions” promotion in July, all Walk participants who reach $500 level by July 31 will receive in addition to the regular Club perks, a personalized sign to be displayed at your Walk site that recognizes your efforts as a Champion Club member and the special person that you are walking for that day.

Set your goal today to be a Champion and make a difference in the lives of those facing the disease today and in the future by raising funds to advance the critical care, support and research efforts of the Alzheimer’s Association.
